30-day returns

• You can return unopened bags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
• Because Fit Flour is food, opened bags can't be returned.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping is not refunded.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If a bag arrives damaged, you got the wrong item, or your package never showed up, we'll send a replacement or refund it at no cost to you. Email contact@fitflour.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damage.
