Ingredients:
1/2 cup (120g) Pumpkin Puree
1 cup (240g) almond milk
3 tbsp (46g) egg beaters (or 1 egg white)
3 tbsp (36g) brown sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except for the Fit Flour.
Whisk it.
Drop in the Fit Flour.
Whisk it.
Cook on a skillet or stovetop. Roughly 5-6 mins on medium heat.
