Gluten-Free Cheez-Itz Copycat (High Protein & Low Carb)

Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
8 oz Cheese block (I used a low fat white cheddar)
1/4 cup water
Salt
Instructions:
In a food processor or blender add the water, cheese (shredded or cubed), and butter. Blend till smooth.
Add the FIT FLOUR
Blend.
Roll out the dough ball between 2 sheets of parchment paper until less than 1/4 thick.
Cut into 1 inch squares
Generously salt
Bake at 375 for 15-17 mins.
