Gluten-Free Cheez-Itz Copycat (High Protein & Low Carb)

Ingredients:

4 tbsp butter

8 oz Cheese block (I used a low fat white cheddar)

1/4 cup water

Salt


Instructions:

  1. In a food processor or blender add the water, cheese (shredded or cubed), and butter. Blend till smooth.

  2. Add the FIT FLOUR

  3. Blend.

  4. Roll out the dough ball between 2 sheets of parchment paper until less than 1/4 thick.

  5. Cut into 1 inch squares

  6. Generously salt

  7. Bake at 375 for 15-17 mins.
