Honey Vanilla Cookies



1/2 cup salted butter softened


1/2 cup allulose blend


1/2 cup honey


1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon baking soda


1/4 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon sea salt



1) mix honey, allulose, and butter.

2) add egg and vanilla

3) whisk together all dry ingredients

4) mix wet and dry

5) refrigerate 2+ hours

6) form 1 inch balls

7) Bake at 325 for 10 min

8) let the rest for 15-20 mins before eating so they can set!
