Potato Bread Pizza (High Protein & Low Carb)

Ingredients:

1 cup (250g) canned diced potatoes (drained)

1 egg

1/2 tsp Salt

1 & 1/4 cup (165g) FIT FLOUR (6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs of all purpose flour)

(Toppings up to you but I used…)

1/2 cup (120g) pizza sauce

3/4 cup (84g) fat free mozzarella


Instructions:

  1. Blend the egg, potatoes, and salt until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and work in the Fit Flour.

  3. Lay a piece of parchment paper on baking sheet.

  4. Plop the dough on top.

  5. Place another sheet of parchment on top and roll out to 1/4 inch high

  6. Bake with both baking sheets on it at 400 for 7 minutes.

  7. Pull out of the oven and add toppings.

  8. Bake for another 7-8 min.
