Ingredients:
1 cup (250g) canned diced potatoes (drained)
1 egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 & 1/4 cup (165g) FIT FLOUR (6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs of all purpose flour)
(Toppings up to you but I used…)
1/2 cup (120g) pizza sauce
3/4 cup (84g) fat free mozzarella
Instructions:
Blend the egg, potatoes, and salt until completely smooth.
Pour into a bowl and work in the Fit Flour.
Lay a piece of parchment paper on baking sheet.
Plop the dough on top.
Place another sheet of parchment on top and roll out to 1/4 inch high
Bake with both baking sheets on it at 400 for 7 minutes.
Pull out of the oven and add toppings.
Bake for another 7-8 min.
