INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the following to a blender:

1/2 cup (114g) fat free cottage cheese

1 eggs

Blend.

Pour into a large bowl.


1/4 tsp of salt, garlic, onion, & black pepper.

1/4 cup (28g) fat free cheddar cheese

3 oz of cooked ground beef 96/4


Bake 400 for 17-18 min.


Then top with toppings. ENJOY!
