290 calories

Dough:
-1/2 cup (115g) mashed sweet potato (I used Bruce’s canned sweet potato sweetened w/ Splenda)
-2 tbsp Brown Swerve
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Form the doughs into 4 balls (coat with additional flour to prevent sticking) then roll into 1/2 inch diameter/6-inch cylinders. Form a twist. Airfry at 310 for 11min.
Optional is the jet puff. I let the doughnuts cool. Then piped on some jet puff and broiled for a 1-2 mins. No more than a tbsp on each. Not included in calories above. But just add 20 calories if you do it!
