Ingredients:
8-9 dates (140g)
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp (8g) shredded coconut
3/4 cup (99g) Fit Flour
Step 1: dates and egg in a food processor (blender could work)
Step 2: whisk baking powder, Fit Flour, and coconut in a large bowl
Step 3: add in the wet and form a dough
Step 4: roll into 10 balls
Step 5: airfry for 8 mins at 310 (oven should work for a little more time)
Step 6: let them cool and drizzle 3 squares of @gatsbychocolate
