Pumpkin Pie Donut Holes (High Protein / Low Carb)

Dough:


-1/2 cup (66g) Fit Flour - you can use regular flour instead for low calorie option still but won’t have all the protein and will have higher carbs.


-2 tbsp (24g) allulose or other low cal sweetener


-1/2 tsp cinnamon


-1/4 tsp baking powder


-1/2 cup (120g) canned pumpkin puree



Form 6-7 dough balls. I wet my hands a little to prevent sticking. Airfryer for 7-8 mins at 350. For oven, 10-11 mins.



Then shake in a bowl with extra cinnamon and Allulose.
