Dough:
1/2 (112g) cup light butter
2 tbsp (24g) swerve brown sugar
1/4 cup (48g) swerve granulated
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of salt
(Mix above then add 👇)
1 & 1/4 cup (132g) Fit Flour
Pie filling:
1/4 cup (61g) pumpkin puree
2 tbsp (24g swerve brown
3tbsp (45g) egg whites
1 tbsp (15g) Greek yogurt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp corn starch
Form 6 dough balls. Use a tablespoon to put a hole in middle. Pour pie filling into hole. Bake at 350 for 12-14 min.
