Protein Pretzel

Pretzel Dough:


1/2 cup (120g) fat free Greek yogurt


1/2 tsp baking powder


Splenda packet (optional)



you can use regular flour too but why lose out on an additional 30g of protein AND eat 30g more unnecessary carbs



Form dough into a log and then dust it with additional Power Flour. Roll it out to about 1.5-2 ft long and 3/4 inch diameter. Form the pretzel.



Throw 2-3 tbsp of baking soda in some boiling water. Drop in pretzel gently. Leave for 20 seconds and pull out and place on baking sheet. Top with kosher salt. Bake at 400 for 13-15 min.



Easy Microwave cheese sauce:


1/4 cup Fairlife milk

1 tbsp light butter

Microwave that for 60sec

Drop in 1 tbsp power flour

Mix

Add 1/2 cup fat-free cheddar

Microwave again fo 30 secs and mix


Pretzel Macros:

300 calories

48g protein

19g carbs

3g fat
