Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp (15g) SF maple Syrup
2 tbsp (30g) ice water
Dice up the butter and throw in a food processor with the Power Flour and salt.
Once incorporated, add ice water and syrup and mix.
Leave in fridge for 30 mins or more.
Roll out on parchment paper. 1/8 inch in height. Cut out circles (I used a mason jar lid).
Bake at 400 for 10-11 mins or until edges brown. Remove from oven and get the crackers off the baking sheet immediately to cool.
