Pizza Biscuits (High Protein & Low Carb)

Add the following to a blender:
1.25 cup (280g) fat free cottage cheese
2 eggs
Blend.
Pour into a large bowl.
1/2 tsp of salt, garlic, onion, & Italian seasoning.
1/2 cup (56g) fat free mozzarella
1 tbsp (7.5g) Grated Parmesan
30g turkey pepperoni (diced up)
Bake 400 for 20min
Then top with toppings (pizza sauce, cheese, etc.) and bake for an additional 3-5 more min.
