Baked Beignets (High Protein & Low Carb)

1 cup (192g) Allulose or low cal sweetener

4 tbsp melted butter

1/3 cup (82g) canned potatoes (or boiled potato of any kind

1 egg

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt


  1. Blend everything except the FIT FLOUR

  2. Once blended, add the 1.5 cups of Fit Flour and the blended mixture to a bowl.

  3. Once well combined. Put on a parchment paper.

  4. Form a rectangle, roughly 10 inches by 5 inches.

  5. Fridge for 3+ hours.

  6. Cut into 24 pieces.

  7. Bake at 365 for 10 mins.

  8. Toss in Cinnamon and Allulose or choose your sweet dip of choice!
