Dough:
1/2 cup (120g) fat free greek yogurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 Splenda packets (optional)
if you haven’t tried @powerflour.shop it might be time! Get 6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs using it on baked/bready foods… can also use standard flour for less favorable macros
First form a dough ball. Use wet hands to poke a hole in middle and massage until bagel shaped.
Boil water with 1-2 tbsp baking soda for 20 seconds. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning (or topping of choice). Bake at 400 for 15-16 mins.
Don’t forget to toast them for perfect bagel taste/texture!
