Ingredients
Dough:
1 & 1/4 cup (165g) Fit Flour (6x the protein and 1/3 of the carbs of basic flour)
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup (96g) Golden Allulose or other low cal sweetener
1 egg
1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
Filling:
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup golden allulose
2 tsp cinnamon
Icing:
1/2 cup powdered allulose
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp milk
Instructions:
Work the dough and split in two
Grab 9x5 loaf dish and line bottom with parchment paper.
Press 1/2 dough into the bottom
Remove and set aside (this will be top layer.
Reapply parchment paper and press second half into the bottom.
Spread filling.
Lay the second half on top.
Lightly press down and bake for 25 min at 350.
Allow to cool before applying icing.
