Pizza Hut Pan Pizza Copycat (High Protein / Low Carb)

Dough (mix dry then add wet):


3/4 cup (99g) Fit Flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 Splenda packets (optional/recommended)

3/4 cup (170g) Fage 0% Greek yogurt


Coat pie dish with 2 tbsp light margarine.

Roll out dough and place in dish.


Top with:

1/2 cup (60g) pizza sauce

1/2 cup fat free mozzarella (or reduced fat)

12 slices turkey pepperoni


Bake at 400 for 14-15 min
