
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (99g) Fit Flour (6x the protein & 1/3 the carbs of all purpose baking flour)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp allulose (or your choice of low calorie sweetener)
Instructions:
Melt butter and add to bowl.
Then add water, allulose, and salt.
Mix
Then work in your
Roll out dough ball to 1/8 inch or less in height.
Score the flattened dough into chip shape.
Bake at 350 for 9-12 mins or until edge brown
Cool completely to allow them to crisp.
Caramel Apple Dip:
All you need is a can of apple pie filling sweetened with Splenda and some sugar free caramel sauce. Best to dice up the apples then heat them up!
