Pie Chips w/ Carmel Apple Dip (High Protein)

Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Melt butter and add to bowl.

  2. Then add water, allulose, and salt.

  3. Mix

  4. Then work in your

  5. Roll out dough ball to 1/8 inch or less in height.

  6. Score the flattened dough into chip shape.

  7. Bake at 350 for 9-12 mins or until edge brown

  8. Cool completely to allow them to crisp.


Caramel Apple Dip:

All you need is a can of apple pie filling sweetened with Splenda and some sugar free caramel sauce. Best to dice up the apples then heat them up!
