Instructions:
Into a bowl add:
1/3 cup (80g) almond milk
1/4 cup (56g) light margarine (melted)
1 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup (48g) sugar substitute (I use allulose)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
After whisking, add
1 cup (132g) Fit Flour (baking flour substitute that has 6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs)
Whisk again.
Put in a ziplock bag.
Cut a small hole.
Pipe them into a donut mold.
Bake at 350 for 10-11 mins.
Once the donuts cool, dunk in glaze.
1 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp SF maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Swerve confectioners
