Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups (198g) Fit Flour (6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs of basic flour)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 cup (144g) of Golden Allulose (or other no calorie sweetener of choice)
6 tbsp (84g) salted butter
1/3 cup (80g) fat free milk
Instructions:
Whisk together all the dry ingredients.
Put into a food processor (preferred method). Pour into a large bowl.
Cube the butter and add to dry ingredients and mix until a crumbly texture.
Slowly add in the milk while working it in.
Roll out the dough ball to 1/4 inch height and cut out your Gingerbread people.
Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.
