Dough:
1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (28g) light butter
2 tbsp pineapple juice
2-3 Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
3/4 tsp baking powder
Topping:
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup fat free mozzarella (or reduced fat)
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
3 oz diced up ham steak
Roll out dough using pinches of additional Power Flour to prevent sticking. About 1/4 inch in height. Top pizza. And bake!
Bake at 400 for 13-15 mins
