Instructions:
Full tray:
705 calories
72g protein
62g carbs
18g fat
First mix:
4 tbsp (56g) light margarine
2 tbsp (42g) honey
1/2 cup (96g) swerve brown
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Then add:
1 cup (132g) Fit Flour
Also important note: use real butter if you want a crispier cracker! I used light margarine to bring calories down however they come out a little chewy but with still had all the flavor of a graham cracker.
Let dough chill in fridge for 30mins or so.
Roll out and cut some rectangles.
Bake at 350 for 12 mins. Wait to see edges start to brown.
Take out the oven and let them cool while still on the baking sheet.
