
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (84g) low fat cheese (I went with Cabot white cheddar)
1 cup diced pickles (120g)
1/4 cup (60g) pickle juice
1/2 cup (66g) Fit Flour — get 6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs than regular flour
Ingredients for Low Cal Ranch:
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
3 tbsp light mayo
1 packet Kinders ranch seasoning
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 cup 1% buttermilk
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Spray cooking spray on a muffin tin
Divvy out the batter into 10-11 muffin openings.
Bake at 350 for 30 min
