Costco Chicken Bake Copycat

Filling Ingredients:

4 oz of cooked cubed chicken

3 tbsp (21g) bacon bits

1/2 cup (56g) fat free mozzarella

3 tbsp (45g) light Caesar dressing


Dough:

3/4 cup (170g) fat free Greek yogurt

3/4 cup (99g) Fit Flour


1.Make the dough and roll out into an oval/football. Height of dough should be 1cm.

2.Add the filling in the middle. Chicken should be cooled off… if it’s still hot, it can make dough fall apart.

3.Fold in like a burrito making sure all contents are well sealed inside

4.airfry at 350 for 10 min. Can also experiment with oven at 350 for 13-15 min.
