Instructions:
In to a large bowl:
6 tbsp (84g) - butter (melted)
3 tbsp (45g) - SF Maple syrup
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 egg
3/4 cup (144g) - Swerve Brown
Then add:
3/4 cup (99g) - Fit Flour (Fit Flour has 6x the protein and 1/3 of the carbs of traditional flour, while baking and tasting the same)
Then add:
1/4 cup (60g) - SF chocolate chips
Put the cookie dough into a 9 inch pie dish.
Leave in fridge for an hour or so to let the butter firm up.
Bake at 325 for 10 min with foil covering.
And an additional 15 without the foil to get that Great American Cookie texture.
Decorate with whatever frosting you choose! I went with a keto type!
