Cinnamon Sugar Mini Donuts (High Protein/Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup (48g) Allulose, or other low cal sweetener

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg

3/4 cup (170g) fat free Greek yogurt

For Coating:

1 tbsp Allulose

1/4 tsp cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. Add in Greek yogurt

  3. Work together into a dough ball

  4. Divide into 14-15 donut holes

  5. Pinch each donut hole

  6. Air fry at 300 for 10 min

  7. Ross in cinnamon sugar

  8. Enjoy!
