Dough:
1- bring 1/2 cup of milk to boiling point and immediately remove from heat.
2- add 1/4 cup of butter and 1/4 cup swerve granulated and stir
3- once combined, add 1.5 tsp of instant yeast and stir
4- transfer to mixing bowl
5- add 3 tbsp egg whites and stir
6- add 2 cups FIT FLOUR and 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt
7- mix and kneed dough
8- roll out into a rectangle 1/4 inch in height… I messed up here on the video as mine turned out thicker than I wanted.
Filling:
9- Mix together
-1/2 cup swerve Brown
-1/4 cup LIGHT butter
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
10- spread over dough evenly
Assemble:
11- cut 4 equal strips into dough and roll into cinnamon rolls
12- place in 8-8 glass baking dish lined with parchment paper
13- cover with foil
14- bake for 25 min at 350
15- remove foil and bake another 5
Icing:
16- mix 1/2 cup swerve confectioners, 2 tbsp milk, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
