Pancake:
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (240g) fat free Fairlife or skim milk
1 tbsp (14g) light butter spread
1 egg
Cinnamon swirl:
3 tbsp (42g) light butter spread
1/3 cup (64g) brown Swerve
2 tsp cinnamon
How to Cook:
Pour pancake batter onto a griddle. Put the Cinnamon Swirl into a ziplock and cut a small notch on a bottom corner. Pour overtop of the pancake while it is cooking in a swirl. Once the pancake bubbles up some, flip.
