Instructions:
Mix a separate dry and wet bowl:
Wet Ingredients:
1/3 cup (80g) almond milk
1/4 cup (56g) light margarine (melted)
1 whole egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
1/4 cup (48g) sugar substitute (I use allulose)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (132g) Fit Flour
Mix the dry and wet ingredients.
Put in a ziplock bag.
Cut a small hole.
Pipe them into a donut mold.
Bake at 350 for 10-11 mins.
Chocolate Glaze
Add the following in a microwave safe bowl:
1 tbsp (15g) sugar free chocolate chips
1 tbsp (7g) cocoa powder
1 tbsp (15g) almond milk
Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir.
Then add: 1/2 cup (72g) Swerve Confectioners Stir in and microwave as needed to make it easy to coat the donuts.
