Dough:
3/4 cup (99g) Fit Flour
3/4 cup (170g) fat free Greek Yogurt
3/4 tsp baking powder
Roll out dough into large rectangle.
Butter Spread:
2 tbsp (28g) lite butter spread
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Spread butter on half the dough.
Then sprinkle 1/4 cup (28g) fat free mozzarella or (reduced fat if you want) on top of the butter spread.
Fold over dough and gently roll to press the dough together to stick.
Cut 1 inch width strips then just twist them.
Bake at 400 degrees for 13-14 min.
