CHICKEN BACON RANCH SUB BITES


Ingredients:

1/2 lbs of lean ground chicken

3 tbsp (21g) of bacon bits

1 tbsp ranch seasoning

1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt

1/2 cup FIT FLOUR original (can use the Gluten Free option too)


Steps:

  1. Mix together the ground chicken, bacon, and ranch seasoning.

  2. Cook on stove top until browned

  3. Add to a large bowl

  4. Add Greek yogurt and FIT FLOUR

  5. Mix.

  6. Roll into 1 inch balls

  7. Bake at 350 for 13 mins.
