Buffalo Chicken Hot Pocket (High Protein / Low Carb)

Dough:


-1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt


-1/4 tsp baking powder


-Dash of salt


-Splenda packet (optional but have it a Hawaiian roll taste😎)


-1/4 cup (33g) Fit Flour (can use regular flour for worse macros)



Filling:


2 oz shredded chicken


1 tbsp buffalo sauce



Roll out dough into a disk/circle thin (about half a cm). Use extra flour to prevent sticking when rolling out. Put filling in middle. Add 1 slice of fat free American cheese on top of filling. Fold over to wrap. Stovetop cook on low-medium about 5 min each side then sear sides.
