Apple Fritters (High Protein / Low Carb)

Macros for all 6:

495 calories

65g protein

36g carbs

8.5g fat


Ingredient List:

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp (18g) Swerve Brown

1/3 cup (80g) fat free Fairlife Milk

1 tsp lemon juice

1 whole egg

1/2 cup apple pie filling sweetened with sucralose


For glaze:

1/4 cup (36g) swerve confectioners

Additional tbsp (15g) milk



Instructions:


In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except apples. Then, dice up the apples into small bits. Add to the larger bowl and mix in.


Then grab 6 cupcake tins and flatten them out so they look like little plates. Evenly distribute.


Airfry on 390 for 5-6 mins


let them cool. Glaze. Let it set. Enjoy!
