5-Minute Cinnamon Roll (High Protein / Low Carb)

Macros:

330 Calories

45g of Protein

19g of Carbs

6g of Fat


Instructions:

Make the dough:

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 Splenda packets

Whisk then mix in:

6 tbsp (90g) fat free greek yogurt


Form the dough and make a long cylinder. About a foot long.

Roll it out so it is about 1/4 inch in height


Then rub 1 tbsp of light margarine over the top

Then 2 tbsp of Brown Swerve

Then 1/2 tsp cinnamon sprinkled over (measure with your heart lol)


Roll it up.

Place in a greased coffee mug.

Microwave for 1:05 to 1:15 (Be sure to add a second coffee cup with a few tbsp of water to microwave alongside the cinnamon roll... helps keep it from getting tough)


Top with icing:

3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners

2 tsp greek yogurt

1/4 tsp vanilla extract
