What you need:
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (140g) ripe banana mushed
pro tip - if you don’t have ripe bananas just thaw some frozen ones in the fridge overnight (be sure to weigh after draining away any juices)
Optional add ins: vanilla extract and cinnamon
Basically just throw it all together and form a big dough ball. Divide into 8ths. Form dough balls with wet hands to avoid sticking.
Airfry at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
Toss in Swerve granules and cinnamon if you want! Good without but better with it!
