2-Ingredient Protein Bagel

Dough:


1/2 cup (120g) fat free greek yogurt


1/2 tsp baking powder


1-2 Splenda packets (optional)




First form a dough ball. Use wet hands to poke a hole in the middle and massage until bagel-shaped.



Boil water with 1-2 tbsp baking soda for 20 seconds. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning. Bake at 400 for 15-16 mins.



Don’t forget to toast them for perfect bagel taste/texture!
