1-Minute Chocolate Chip Cookie (High Protein / Low Carb)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp melted Butter 

25 g ( 2 tbsp) golden monk fruit allulose

15 g (1 tbsp) Milk

Use code "Jacob" at Checkout

15g (1 tbsp) SF Chocolate Chips


Mix the butter, sweetener, and milk.

Then mix in Fit Flour.

Then chocolate chips.

Form a cookie on parchment paper.

Microwave for 1 min.


Important Note: The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the cookie after 1 minute. Once it comes out of the microwave it should be very soft. Allow the cookie to cool for a few minutes to allow it to set before eating. Enjoy warm.
