Dough:
1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
1/4 cup (56g) light margarine
2 Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup (66g) Fit Flour (Baking Flour that has 6x the protein and 1/3 the carbs)
Filling:
Apple Pie Filling (sweetened with sucralose)
120g / half cup of just the apples pulled out.
Glaze
1/4 cup (32g) Swerve confectioners
1 tbsp (15g) milk of choice
Roll out dough into a large circle. Be sure to use a little extra Power Flour to prevent sticking.
Place filling on half the pie. Fold over. Use a fork to crimp edges.
AirFryer on 330 for 13 mins.
Glaze once pie cools.
